Commentary
In 2001, the first year of wikipedia, there were 20,000 articles added. 2002 provided an additional 80,000 articles (50,000 excluding bot generated articles). Now in 2003 we already have almost 40,000 articles in 6 months. If you remove bot generated articles, that means that we could get 80,000 articles or more by the end of the year. 20,000 -> 50,000 -> 80,000 is very good growth. I am quite impressed.
